See ya in 2018!

Let me start off by saying how THANKFUL I am for every single person who has helped my little business grow! It’s so funny how one small change you can take can lead to so many new doors. I started off back in 2014 with only two family sessions, finishing photography classes and using my aunt’s canon rebel and now I’m ending 2017 with a whole DIFFERENT story. I started my year off by doing a mentorship with the AMAZING Jessi Nichols, if you ever want to continue to grow in something you love, I recommend to take those extra steps and get some one on one guidance. After I met up with Jessi, I ended up meeting Courtney Price through her, (fyi: Courtney is such a sweet and humble person to be around) and she has asked me to help her second shoot some of her weddings throughout the year. After I met Courtney, she referred one of my newest brides, Lauren over to me to do her USC graduation session, which landed me in D.C. to do her engagement pictures. Meanwhile, I have had some close friends who asked me to do their maternity pictures, one year baby pictures, family pictures and in home lifestyle sessions. I met new brides who have become some of my closest friends and met back up with past couples to do anniversary pictures. So finishing out 2017 with over 15 WEDDINGS, multiple engagement sessions and lifestyle sessions, I have to say I have been blessed!

With all the exciting news and changes that have come from my photography business means I have to slow down for a little bit!

Don’t worry I’m not going anywhere!!

For the month of December, I’m going to take a little breather and catch up with my family and friends and spend some much needed time with my little nephew, Barrett and help out with my grandma. I love the month of December because I can do all the basic stuff I want! Simple things like-Ice skating, building a gingerbread house, seeing Christmas lights and dinners with some of my closest friends.

Come January 1st, I will be back in full swing starting the New Year off with shooting a wedding in Charleston, not once but twice! Then bridals and more engagement shoots and weddings at the Biltmore and in Florida! Not only was 2017 one for the books but my goodness 2018 is about to be the BEST!

I will be checking my emails once a week on Monday’s and replying back. Throughout the month blog post will be popping up for everyone to enjoy while I’m away!
