It’s the perfect opportunity for you to test out hair and makeup, and you get to wear your dress and really see how you’ll look and feel in it before the real thing!

Not only does it allow for more time in your dress but it’s also a really great time to test out things like veil placement, flowers, shoes (maybe they’re not quite as comfortable as you thought), and again, hair and makeup. Maybe you want a different lip color for the wedding or maybe you want to change up some of the flowers in your bouquet, this is the perfect opportunity to try it all out and make any changes.

Remember to have FUN! Invite your Maid of Honor or your mom! They’ll come in handy when it comes to fluffing your dress, fixing your train, the veil, or holding the bouquet! But really, it’s your day, girl! Bring someone who brings you joy, tells you how beautiful you are, and makes you laugh. The more relaxed and comfortable you are, the more confident you’ll be.
