I can honestly say I had never photographed a session like this in all my photography journey. When Lauren asked me about a timeless black and white portrait for her one-year-old Hayes, the answer was YES. I packed up my backdrop kit and a white sheet and headed to her home. Who would have known this was photographed in Hayes’s nursery beside a window? Here’s to trying new things! Scared to try something new? Do it scared!
